Amazing location - gorgeous park right across the street, delicious ice cream a few doors down and steps away from so many restaurants and galleries. Finding parking right outside the entrance was never an issue. Would highly recommend. ”

“I would have given this place five stars: it’s close to downtown and a very short walk from the finish line of the Run Through Time marathon (which I was there to do). But, shortly after we got home the host messaged me that we had a dog with us (we didn’t) and that their cleaner said “there was pet hair everywhere.” First of all, we did NOT have a dog, and second of all, we left the place exactly as we found it.Furthermore, the host asked me for an additional 50 because “the cleaner didn’t……

“This clean, well stocked, open floor plan condo is situated perfectly; next to and above the Arkansas River and within a short walk into downtown Salida. We parked in the garage Tuesday afternoon and did not get back in the car until departing Friday morning. Even the Salida mountain trail network was within an easy reach on foot.The property management associate assigned to us was polite, professional, and super responsive. We would come back to this property again in a heartbeat.”
