“The heater didn't work and i froze the whole night. The bathroom sink didn't drain and was plugged up. the toilet smelled, and the mattress kept sliding off the frame. The TV remote barely worked... and when i asked for a blanket.... I didn't get one for at least 1/2 hour after I requested a blanket. Renting a room from this place was a mistake. I think you should refund my money.... worst place I have ever stayed in.”

“It was not bad”

“Staff was extremely helpful and just overall nice.”

“Heater would blow cold air. You get one sheet and a thin blanket. Froze all night. The fridge doesnt work just made noise all night. Showers need a curtain, you have to step out in cold puddles of water to get shampoo and the tile is uneven. You get one towel. Not enough parking spaces. I will be staying in spirit lake again but never staying here again”

“It was easy to get to and most helpful staff”

“Good”

“Poor hygiene, no change of towels, no shower gel, not enough toilet paper (go to the front desk to ask for it), but the service attitude of the front desk is OK.”

“The owner's son at the front desk,Ray was excellent!”

“No”

“Do not book this hotel. Disgustingly dirty room, no power cord on tv, no remote, no cord on phone. Live wires exposed in the wall, filthy air conditioner, terrible internet. Staff was useless. My wireless speed reading was less than half of one mbps. Useless. People standing in the hallway drinking and talking loudly after 10 at night. Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Nope, definitely the worst. Beware!”

“Here worker is too bad ”
