Location of the hotel is nearby to Haram gate 1 and very convenient to visit nearby malls or bus stop. Room is good and clean. Spacious comfortable clean beds. Clean toilet. However the shower needs major upgrade because water trapped inside after every use and lots of old marks on the floor and walls, did not give a good vibe. Lobby is spacious, good, family friendly. Our family had breakfast in the buffet in Zamzam which was lobby attached restaurant, it is the most disappointing buffet we have ever encountered in my life. In a 5 star hotel, buffet restaurant full of flies which is a hygiene hazards, they served packeted pastry and canned fruits in place of freshly made pastry or freshly cut fruits, this whole buffet thing was not up to the standards of hygiene or any kind. They need major look out for that. The stuffs were ok in their job, not very punctual house keeping, because they didn’t showed up until we are leaving after 3days.

Great Stay
Good hotel with good location to the Haram Grand Mosque. I would stay again. Highlight of the stay has to be their mosque upstairs which is connected to the Haram Imam’s Prayers hence we could pray from there. Especially for the elderly after Umra or when unwell. This allows the same reward as praying in the Haram.

This was my 5th stay at this hotel. Distance is very close to Haram. Cannot fault anything except the lighting in the room which is insufficient and only 1 or 2 switches to turn off/on all the lights which is very convenient.

A very good recently refurbished 5 star hotel close to the Haram, 5 mins walk. Service is excellent, breakfast is good and beds are very comfortable. Plenty of food shops nearby and taxis etc can easily get to the hotel through this newly opened road. Loved our stay Alhamdulillah. Hotel should look into the following: 1. Lighting in the room was inadequate. Hardly any lights in the room and only one switch for ALL the lights which is very unhelpful. 2. AC is very difficult to operate. 3.

Amazing, clean and location was excellent.
Location, amazing and very clean hotel. We have booked two quad room for an eight adults with a breakfast included. Everything was amazing, we have managed to get out rooms three hours before the check in time. 5 minutes walk to the mosque from the hotel . Great experience and will definitely stay with this hotel in near future.
