The property was beautifully landscaped, peaceful, and was such a great place to come back to after some long days out hiking. Breakfast was amazing, the pool was fabulous, and the staff were so friendly and helpful!

It was a beautiful property, the front staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok, scones were amazing. The room was average. We had been camping for a week and purposefully got the toom for the big tub. Unfortunately, the tub was filthy. As soon as the water came on, dirty filmy stuff came off the sides. I didnt use the jets thinking it would be just as bad. A big bummer The air conditioner made horrinle loud noises, we turned it off and opened the windows and turned the fan on.

Beautiful grounds, nice room, great breakfast. Josh ( staff member) was very friendly. Did not receive VIP perks, you have to go to front desk to get pool towels ( which seems ridiculous in such a private resort), and afternoon tea isn’t refreshed ( no fruit or cookies) for anyone after 1 hour.

We loved Lithia Springs Resort! The concept of individual cottages with beautiful gardens and sitting areas is perfect. Room was attractive and functional. We've stayed at five other accomodations in Ashland, and this property is our favorite.

Grounds were beautiful, serene and clean. Staff were confused and all gave different information when asked questions. Housekeeping happens only once every 3 days. Pool and jacuzzi were nice but not clean upon arrival. We had to scoop the bugs and leaves out of the pool before use the first time. Broken window shades in room and the fireplace, while beautiful, put out continual heat, even when turned off so we had to leave ac on to compensate for the heat. “Full breakfast” was the same everyday with reconstituted scrambled eggs (which sat in a pool of water that had drained while sitting in the hot box), potatoes, toast, yogurt and a fruit option being the majority of the menu. Misspellings on the inspirational boards were amusing and tea time, while a nice idea, came complete with leftover breakfast scones and not “fresh baked” cookies as advertised. For the money we paid to stay here for three nights, I expected better. Booking through Expedia created an overpayment so the resort charged and held more than $419 on my card that was to be used during our vacation but was unavailable to us since they didn’t know how to reverse the charge until I checked out. Still waiting for reimbursement.
