Large comfortable and bright apartment of 110 m2 on the 2nd floor of a family house. this apartment has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. The apartment is air conditioned,WI FI, coffee machine, stove, toaster, microwave. Guests have at their disposal a large terrace with a beautiful sea view. The beach is 300 m away from the house, and there is a parking space in the yard. Pets are not allowed.
Kamenjak Nature Park is 8 km away. We recommend coming by car.
Dear guest, we take the current situation with Covid-19 very seriously, accordingly our items are thoroughly cleaned with disinfectants and with strict cleaning measures. The laundry is washed with at least 60ºC / 140º hot water, and the keys are handed over with a mask at a distance of 2m.

Nice, clean apartment with excellent view on the bay
The apartment resides in a small street, not straightforward to find: Google Maps drove us to a different location (~ 100 m away from the real place). Apart from that initial difficulty, our stay there (1 week in the early autumn, 4 adults) was splendid. The owner is very friendly and speaks German. The environment is silent. The spacious terrace provides with a great view on the small bay. The apartment is well equipped and looked exactly like on the photos published by the booking site, no surprises here.

Herzliche Gastfreundschaft
Der Urlaub in Istrien war auch wegen dieser tollen Ferienwohnung sehr, sehr schön. Die Wohnung liegt toll über der Bucht, so dass man einen unverbauten Blick über 25 km hat. Die Wohnung ist super mit vielen Abstellflächen auf Tischen, Regalen, Boden. Viele Handtücher - und das jede Woche neu. Die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter war unbeschreiblich ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Wenn man mal eine Frage hatte, bekam man einen Selbstgebrannten, oder mal einen Sonntagskuchen, oder oder oder... Wenn man auf ein Brotmesser und Spülmaschine verzichten kann, ist diese Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen!

Perfekte Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Blick auf Bucht
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Bucht von Banjole. Zum Meer und zu einigen Restaurants sind es fußläufig nur rund fünf Minuten, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist noch schneller zu erreichen. Wir haben in der Wohnung nichts vermisst. Bequeme Betten, moderne Klimaanlage, gute Ausstattung, viel Platz. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt, was vor allem an der Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber gelegen hat, die uns mit ihrer Gastfreundschaft einen ganz besonderen Urlaub beschert haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
