Facilities were nice and clean. Our room was next to the outdoor grill area; there was a party going on until 3 am one morning - music, loud talking/laughing, drinking. Spoke to front desk and they were very helpful and said they'd take care of it. No late party the next night. The day we checked out the same group was outside in the morning smoking weed in the same area - the entrance to the hotel was right next to this area. My wife, our 11-year old, and I had to walk through smell of weed several times while loading our car.

Check in was seamless experience. Location of the hotel was great!! The room was clean. Only bad thing was the shower, the design of the shower made for water to leak out and get the floor wet. Had to use the hotel towels to make a rug to step out on.

I was switched out of two rooms due to lack of cleanliness. The first room had caked on urine on the toilet bowl with toilet paper in it. The second room had used men's underwear on the bathroom floor. After this The front desk person said, "I'll try to find you another room" as if I was a bother. A third room was found, lucky me! The third faced the freeway and was extremely noisy. No apology or contact from anyone after initial survey. The first was supposedly to the property manager. Oh, but the free breakfast was good.
