“Worst customer service experience of my life. They claim to support active duty military and veterans. I'm a veteran and they treated me like absolute garbage. The "assistant" manager and the GM are the rudest and most condescending people that I have ever met. I was in the lobby for quite sometime, and they treated everyone who came in with so much disrespect. And for a Motel 6, it is really overpriced. I would avoid this place at all costs. I went to the Extended Stay in Meridian. Super clean……

“My trip overall I would say was very positive. The hotel made for a good stay and I can’t complement the staff enough with how professional and helpful they were. The only downside I would say is the maintenance of the overall facility, but I know it must be very difficult to keep everything pristine. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

“Rooms were clean and comfortable. Tried to check on reservations before the trip but Expedia and Hamton Inns do not share information about reservations, so we were not sure if we had two rooms until our arrival.”
