Never get the rooom by the exit

Great location easy on and off 84. Relatively quiet and very clean. Staff was friendly, room was clean and very nice! Will stay here again.

Only the highest of scores for the service and friendliness of staff. I really loved and appreciated the box of chocolates and written birthday note, along with gifts (water bowl, tennis ball, and bandanas) for the pups!! 🥰 I love the room design and the thoughtful details for the modern traveler. For those with a vehicle, there was convenient parking right on the property along with 4 EV charging stations. The room could have used a luggage stand. TMI, but the toilet seat was wide and not comfortable for my skinny butt and probably for children… lol The location was also wonderful. So many restaurants near by. Great customer service and recommendations from everyone. The value is definitely a 5. Over I'd give a 4.75 ☺️ At the time this was written it was the Sparrow’s second night of business. There is lots of construction happening around the property.

This was a nice place to stay. I didn't have any complaints. I was particularly impressed that the hotel staff actually enforced the rules about not having pets in the breakfast area. I generally don't mind it when people take their dogs with them places, but it always bothers me when people take their dogs around with them when food is being served. Gross. Thankfully the staff agrees. As far as I can tell they're cool with you taking your dog anywhere else, though, which is fine by me.

Very clean property. Nice lounge with great service. Parking spaces are a little tight. Super close to dinning, the capitol, museums and river paths
