"Our stay was stress-free and relaxing despite being in the midst of a cross country move with 3 dogs! The staff was kind, helpful, and very understanding. We appreciated that the hotel had a security guard making the rounds at night in the parking lot as well. The pillows were squishy and so soft I overslept on purpose. Overall 10/10! "

"The house was awesome! Fully stocked kitchen with all the needed supplies. Easy check in and check out, lock access and directions for the house. We definitely enjoyed our stay and how welcoming Pastel Cottage was!"
"This was a very quiet hotel. The room was very nice and very clean. The room was spacious with a microwave, fridge and a coffee pot. The hotel had washer and dryer if you need to wash your clothes. IThe hotel is about 15 minutes from downtown Memphis. There is breakfast evey morning. There was no pool in case you eant to swim."
"I came in to the hotel with a locked front door (key only access) and no one at the front desk to let me in. Once let in by a young man I assumed was a guest, I stood at the desk for 3-5mins waiting to be checked in and given my room key. A disgruntled worker stormed into the lobby during my check in yelling and cursing at the man who was checking me in ( I assume the shift manager) . He did not apologize for the disruption. The elevator was broke and the low lit stairwell smelled heavily of urine and trash. My room was nice and clean and l felt like hit a one night stay, my accommodations were sufficient."

"Large friendly home! We had a family of 8 six adults and two kids. This house had room to spare! Five bathrooms was a selling point! Bedrooms were great! Large well stocked kitchen, it even has an ice machine which is a thoughtful addition! There was a box of donuts to greet us when we arrived! We used the pool every day. The house is in a good location, we were never more than 22 minutes from any to the destinations we visited. "
"Great customer service and kind compassionate staff is so rare these days and if that’s what you want Stay APT SUITES CORDOVA is your place! I’m disabled and although I’m not a fan of roll in showers (my fault bc I booked it and didn’t request a change) the on site management went above and beyond to ensure i was taken care of. This is also a clean and secure/safe property. I highly recommend it. They did allow me to use broom during business hours but You will need to bring cleaning supplies for long stay if you want to clean yourself( my understanding but confirm this with the team) the suites still smell clean and communication is wonderful! I just can’t say enough great things! I would love to stay at this property again!"
"Our family of 10 adults had plenty of space. All bedrooms were big. We had ample bathrooms. All appliances were new. The general consensus of the group is the property was very good. However the rugs need to be removed or glued down. They did present a tripping hazard. The footsteps from the upstairs can be heard downstairs. We would stay here again. "
