“All good - food very good and cooked to order. The only let down with this property is the wifi which is absolutely terrible both speed (all over) and signal wise in the bedrooms.”

“We enjoyed a lovely time at the Metropole hotel in Llandrindod Wells. Our room was quiet, clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a swim in the Spa pool which was a wonderful experience. We ate in the Brasserie and enjoyed delicious food and service. Breakfast was also delicious and had a good selection of hot and cold food. I would definitely recommend a stay.”

"Ya nos pareció extraño que 1 hora antes del check in nos llamaran para preguntar si confirmabamos la reserva cuando la habitación ya estaba pagada desde hacía meses, cuando reservamos. Llegamos y no nos dieron la habitación reservada, un estudio con cocina. Explicación que solo se la daban a estudiantes. Si es así ¿ por qué aparece para reservar? Nos dieron otra en piso 4 sin ascensor. Reclamamos y nos dieron otra habitación, en la entrada del hotel, con ventana a la entrada y recepción. De madrugada se pusieron ahablar alto en la recepción, tuvimos que salir a pedir silencio. Al lado estaban las máquinas del hotel. Toda la noche haciendo ruido. Muy mala experiencia. Cuando dijimos que si el precio debería ser distinto al de la habitación con cocina, nos indicó la recepcionista que el precio era reservado, nos podia invitar al desyuno (no de los mejores la verdad y mira que hemos estado estado en alojamientos mas humildes). Muy decepcionados. Y sobre tofo con la actuacion del jotel. No deberian ofrecerlo. Ha sido una reserva engañosa"
"Bien situado frente al paseo maritimo, no dispone de ascensor, la habitacion es pequeña al igual que el baño.
Está anticuado pero hemos descansado muy bien en un entorno silencioso y con un parking público a dos manzanas"
