The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The location is close to transport, restaurants and bars. Swimming pool, sauna and gym. A really great place to stay.

Best part of the hotel is having the little spa with fresh robes after a day of walking and site seeing. We used the showers in the spa as they were better then the room ones. Nice roof terrace for a glass of wine in the evening , overlooking the city. Rooms were basic but fine.

Good location near metro but very loud even at night. Breakfast was great with many options. The only thing i didn’t like is i tried calling room service many times but they don’t answer. Also the AC in the room is hot and not working properly. The gym is very small and limited, the max dumbbell weight is 10kg and one working treadmill. The sauna room is great. It’s a good hotel for a very short stay.

Property was in the perfect location for shopping and food , easy commute into Malpensa , Lake Como . Whilst dining out and general touristy things are expensive as expected , travel around is very reasonably priced too and much cheaper than the UK! We Will definitely visit again!

The street on which the property was located looked a little bit unsafe and noisy to me. Also, the coffee in breakfasts were made by the machinge, which I didn't like at all.
