Shocking! Terrible! Never stay ever again!!!!
I have been travelling in the last 20 years and I can say it was the worst of the worst of the worst stay I have ever experienced. We were put in a room where the AC was not working, it was absolutely freezing and we called the reception and they said nothing they can do, the hotel is full so they can move us the day later. We were frozen, I got cold in the first day and absolutely ruined my 4 days holiday. Also, I have asked a “plastic glass” to my room to drink water, they asked me to pay 10 euros for the plastic glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel chain ever again. I have paid a lot of money for an absolutely disaster stay.

My property got stolen in the hotel. Very bad response. They don’t care to investigate. I informed 30 minutes after check-out to hold the forgotten bag. They simply said they did not find it there. They asked me to go ahead with my preferred procedure.

We have a flashing problem, the staff responded quickly to assist us to switch the room. Hotel seems old, but the room is clean and walking to metro just 3-4 minutes. They also have a street market on every Tuesday and Saturday, that’s great.
