“My husband booked this motel for us for Valentine's Day. It was $180 for one night for the room with the jetted tub. When we pulled up, it looked a little rough, but we only care about the inside anyway. It was advertised as a queen bed, and it was a full bed. We were only staying for 1 night so we honestly didn't feel like taking time out of our plans to go to the office and complain about any of this, so I will say we did not give them a chance to fix it. ”

“If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep this is okay but bring your own cleaning supplies because it is not clean. This place could definitely use a DEEP clean, the carpets look very dirty. Our room was not very clean but supposedly “we arrived early” even though check in time was 2 o’clock when we arrive we were told it was actually 3, they said to give them 15 minutes and our room would be ready.. we sat and watched them and the only thing they did was replace bedding, towels, and……

“May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”

“Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast should include some protein like bacon or sausage. The stairs hadn’t been swept and mopped for awhile. The staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“I’ll start off by saying the staff was absolutely amazing and as helpful as they could be. The first room we were given smelled like sewage and part of the shower felt like it was going to break. They moved us and The second room had dirty sheets, and peeling paint. The rest of the room had a surface level of dirt and stains on the chairs. The staff replaced the sheets. The grossest problem was the pool and hot tub. The pool was dirty and had little chlorine, but the hot tub was FILTHY. The……
