“I and my colleague, We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Detroit/Auburn Hills-North. The breakfast was good — omelettes, sausage, potatoes, bagels , DIY waffles, with some healthy options available too. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. “I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……
