The room was a bit of a cold aesthetic with the floors and minimal rugs. I know that is the planned aesthetic, but with white walls, metal hangers and cold floors, hard chairs, it didn't provide a lot of comfort. Bed was okay, pillows were small and thin. The bathroom door did not close. Staff was kind and helpful. Rest of aesthetic of hotel was cool and more comfortable. We were on the first floor so had to keep curtains closed, would be great if windows had some kind of coverage so we could keep curtains open, for lighting, along with privacy. Prices of sundries items was exorbitant (I would expect a mark up for convenience but 2 small sized sodas and 2 bags of bettermade chips was $20!) Got a latte in the morning, which was very good. Overall, it served its purpose, and location was good.

Amazing would stay again

Staff was exceptionally efficient and gracious, especially Kevin who somehow remembered our names every day. Beautiful rooms, most excellent snacks. We were only 2 days away from the dining room re-opening after renovation, so we will have to come back!! Thank you!
