Valet was $40/night. Parking was supposed to be included with my Expedia perks. While checking in I was told that it was not included so I parked elsewhere and paid for the garage next to the hotel. I was very disappointed to find out at checkout that parking WAS included and she was unable to adjust to compensate for what I paid on parking. Poor customer service!!

Without question my favorite hotel in Milwaukee. So much more convenient than any property downtown and the views of the city cannot be topped. The bed makes me happy every time and the shower is supreme. I could go on and on... one last thing - the snacks are perfect and locally sourced. The best chocolate bar and popcorn anywhere. BRAVO, Iron Horse. BRAVO!!

It was our 2nd stay at the Iron Horse. The first time we stayed was winter and it was snowy. We weren’t able to get around without our car much. This 2nd time was better. We walked across the street to eat a pizza and have some brewed beer. The room was clean both times and I barely heard other visitors. We had a great time there.
