We thought since our normal hotel in Shakopee was booked we'd stick with the Holiday Inn. This one is NOTHING like the wonderful one in Shakopee. There was uncleaned urine on the bathroom wall. There was loud construction and the pool was closed. Not much for choices in the fitness room and the lady at the front desk was rude

When i booked my room i was unaware the hotels pool was under construction. Then when i checked in I again was not told the pool was under construction. So when i went to check out the pool I was not happy to see it not working. When i went to address this with management they said it was posted on the website. Well not everyone books thru the website like me so i had no idea. I explained that and wanted my money back. He then told me they had a contracted with anytime fitness pool across town. I said that is not convient as it is winter. I am not happy with this holiday inn which is privately owned and will never be returning.
