This is a bare essentials property. The room I had was not what I expected of a "Inn and Suites". The parking lot was being re-surfaced at the same time as the major road next to the property was undergoing construction. The combination made for unsafe walking, parking, and entrances/exits. Staff was available and responsive.
The property was well kept, very clean and upgraded.

The bed was comfortable but the hotel is very outdated and the carpet not clean. There were stains on the hallway carpet and some walls were scuffed up. The room had a very unpleasant smell if you turned the heat on or turned the air conditioning unit off.
