“The room is big and the windows view is perfect. The facilities are quite new, but not in a very good quality. On the roof, there is construction going on that cause the noise is the worst part. But the overall experience is still good.”

“We stayed here for 4 nights in July 2026. I would stay at this property again. I've only been to Guayabitos a few times and this was my first time staying for multiple nights. This is more of a boutique hotel that has only 6 rooms. We had a great time and had the pool to ourselves sometimes. Super close to the beach and to restaurants.”

“If you’re looking for an all inclusive hassle free relaxing vacation this is not it! My experience was the following: the room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was cleaned daily, but closes at 7pm. The check in and check out process were quick. The bell staff were very helpful. The cons: From someone who stays in all inclusive hotels this has been by far the worst quality of food. Not to mention the amount of flys on the food was beyond unsanitary. I ended up……

“Definitely a mexico experience . Plan to bring own face towels hand towels dish cloths kitchen towels . Shampoo soap and dish soap . Stove is sketchy. Natural gas one burner completely missing. Never used stove . Check in is difficult , no staff at reception to give you any key , etc. we had fun staying there but just know ahead of time what you need to bring . . True Mexican experience. ”

“No es a pie de playa, creo que deberían de informar que ya no es Decameron los cocos! El hotel se dividió en 2 lo cual lo hace que solo cuenta con 1 restaurant, 1 alberca... Es bueno pero deberían actualizar su información”
