“这家蒙巴萨临海的酒店是朋友推荐我们来的，确实不错，服务很热情友好，离海边超级近，整个度假村很大很方便，各项设施很全面，潜店就在海边，浮潜体验很好，船上服务人员很不错，我的手机丢在餐厅幸好有工作人员帮我保存，总之是个不错的地方。”

“The rooms were clean and the staff were really nice and helpful”

“Beautiful great staff good food. Relaxing. Loved the India Ocean”

“Overall I enjoyed my stay. The GM and staff were very thoughtful beyond my expectations. They added so much joy to my birthday celebration with a surprise birthday cake, music and dancing.”

“The hotel was clean but very dated. We stayed 4 nights and saw about 15 other guests the entire time we were there. It was eerie to feel so alone on such a large resort. The main pool was “under maintenance” and totally green. I feel as though this should have been disclosed prior to our arrival. Also, if it truly was under maintenance, we didn’t see any maintenance being performed in our 5 day/4 night stay. This resort has very little to do after sunset, pools close at 6pm. No activities or……

“staff are friendly, very nice environment, walking distance to the near by beach, good swimming pools. India and beach side restaurants' food are delicious ”

“Bis zum Tag der Abreise war alles Bestens. Check out ist schon um 10 Uhr, ab da gilt auch das All Inclusive nicht mehr. Ausser Wasser muss man dann an dem Tag bis zum Flughafen Transfer alles sehr teuer bezahlen. So etwas haben wir vorher noch nie erlebt und wir reisen sehr viel in allen Teilen der Welt”

“The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the pool was a lovely temperature. We did have a couple of ‘niggles’ whereby upon checkin there was an old bed-frame and mattress outside our room which we had to ask to be moved. It also wasn’t made clear that there would be building work going on at the hotel when we booked. This was very close to the pool area which meant there was constant building related noise from around 8am until 6pm. It wasn’t a massive problem……

“Very nice hotel to stay. Stayed in the studio room. Helpful staff. Spacious, clean, all the amenities included in the well- designed room. 24-hour restaurant was great, delicious food. Includes private beach with great view. Would definitely stay again and recommend.”

“Good overall”

“条件一般。”

“The lush greenery around the property is appealing. However, there was confusion over the reservation, which took a while to sort out. Gaining access to the room, we discovered there were no towels. It took us three calls to reception and an hour and a half wait before receiving the towels.”

“Staff was able to tix issues”
