“The rooms were OK BUT we were expecting en-suite/apartment as advertised -which was not the case (its not easy when you have children) and the cost was increased unexpectedly. The food also take long and the restaurant has no A/C (its burning hot!) although the staff members in the restaurant are very nice. ”

Hotel is a 2 star....construction loud noise each day at 8am-5pm on my 8 days vacation.
Misleading information advertising breakfast but never get no breakfast.
This is a beach front hotel.
No music,no activity.
The 2 pools are not functional.

“We recently checked into your hotel and unfortunately encountered several issues during our stay. Upon arrival, we were informed that because we hadn’t pre-booked breakfast, no meals would be available the following day—even if we wished to pay for them—due to an event taking place. We explained that we needed access to food due to health conditions, but no alternative solution was offered.
Additionally, we were promised a water dispenser that never arrived. Later that evening, the air……

“The room was very cosy and I loved the decor. The resort also had a good vibe and great facilities to use. I didn't like the fact that there was no tv in the room and also the main reason why I booked this was due to the bikes that were advertised in the images. I was very disappointed that these were no longer being offered to guests. I think maybe the images with the bikes should be removed as this is false advertisment.”

“The resort is wonderfully located. Overall our stay was ok. The staff was not attentive to the small things. Large wait times for service at meals.
The whole property could use some upgrades.
We usually stay at the Sarova Whitesands. I think we will be headed back there next year. ”
