“The receptionist Vanessa and helper netty are super nice and helpful. They don’t tell you there is no a/c and you will be super hot!!!! Also 6 monkey escaped into my room and threw my stuff everywhere. The owners appear to be nice however they talked to other guest and not me, very weird. Wi-Fi went out for half the day. ”

“We recently checked into your hotel and unfortunately encountered several issues during our stay. Upon arrival, we were informed that because we hadn’t pre-booked breakfast, no meals would be available the following day—even if we wished to pay for them—due to an event taking place. We explained that we needed access to food due to health conditions, but no alternative solution was offered. Additionally, we were promised a water dispenser that never arrived. Later that evening, the air……

“Es ist soweit sauber, Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gut gesichert. Reinigungspersonal sollte mehr Tools erhalten, Boden musste sie steinzeitlich auf Knien von Hand reinigen, das sollte mal geändert werden. Pool etwas salzig aber sehr sauber. Ein Tipp für das Management: mit ein kleinen Bär am Pool das bei Hochzeiten geöffnet ist könnte noch etwas Geld dazuverdienen werden 😉”

“The resort is wonderfully located. Overall our stay was ok. The staff was not attentive to the small things. Large wait times for service at meals. The whole property could use some upgrades. We usually stay at the Sarova Whitesands. I think we will be headed back there next year. ”

“Dessverre, men dette er knapt et to-stjerners hotell. Dårlig internett, veldig ubehagelige senger, møkkete og rotete i restaurant/frokostserveringen (hele tiden, alle tider til døgnet står det rester, gamle glass, søppel), de ansatte må få bedre opplæring. De aner ikke hva de driver med. Beliggenheten er OK, ikke på stranden, men like ved. ”

“Staff are 5 star having Jennifer at front desk. Hotel is a 2 star....construction loud noise each day at 8am-5pm on my 8 days vacation. Misleading information advertising breakfast but never get no breakfast. This is a beach front hotel. No music,no activity. The 2 pools are not functional. Broken tiles everywhere.. ”

“Das Hotel war sehr, sehr schön! Eine wirklich große und gepflegte Anlage. Die Zimmer waren auch schön. Vielleicht nicht alles top in Schuss wie zum Beispiel die klemmenden Vorhänge oder die Balkontüren, aber nichts was unseren schönen Urlaub gemindert hätte! Das Personal war auch wirklich total lieb und immer freundlich. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder her kommen :)”

“Unser Aufenthalt in Diani Beach war einfach rundum perfekt. Das Grundstück ist traumhaft schön gestaltet und lädt sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein. Besonders der Pool war ein echtes Highlight ideal zum Entspannen in absolut ruhiger Atmosphäre. Trotz der idyllischen Ruhe ist die Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen, sodass man alles Wichtige schnell erreichen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Team vor Ort, unglaublich hilfsbereit, herzlich und einfach zauberhafte Menschen, die den Aufenthalt noch……
