The parking was very good. The location makes it difficult because of central time and eastern time border. The phone switches between central and eastern time depending on how close to the border you are.

The room was never cleaned prior to checking in. There was no linen for the sofa couch. Towels were not stocked in the bathroom. The breakfast was a joke. The only thing that was offered was a waffle maker with no waffle batter. This has been the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. Not to mention they charge you a security deposit at check-in but nothing was stated about this when you book the room and pay in advance. There was clothes stuffed under the sofa couch and piles of dirt behind the furniture.

Every visit to Chicago heights to visit my daughter, this is the hotel we chose. It’s 14 minutes from her house. It’s clean and very good for the price. Lots of good food options near. The rooms are always clean. We love it there.
