“Fantastic stay and host!”

“Clean. Comfy bed and super quiet. All amenities provided.”

“Walking distance to a lot of places downtown!”

“Great location. My only complaint is that website says onsite parking and that was incorrect. It would have been nice to know where to park before we arrived. Owner did respond quickly though.”

“Room was very nice, easy check-in, great area”

“Perfect location for downtown Toledo!”

“It was an excellent place to stay. We have a full-size pick up truck with 8 foot bed and a 20 foot trailer behind us and we had plenty of room in the park.”

“Is an okay place to stay overnight and couple of nights but not long stay. It can be better the cleaning the floors were really dirty and dusty . But overall good to stay over night”

“Perfect location and property for date night with the wife. With many restaurant options and antique shopping to explore in Depot town it was nice to just walk and relax in a well decorated and clean loft. I suggest that you buy a record from one of the shops and utilize the record player in the loft. Already planning another stay for our next date night!”

“The space was nice and was a lot more open than initially thought which was a nice bonus, however the AC units in the windows need some cleaning as there is visible mold within them that is a huge issue. Other than that, everything with the space was nice and comfortable”

“Very cool property, clean and spacious. I was surprised there was no hair dryer and disappointed, although not surprised, that there was no tea. Positive experience overall.”

At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed……

“Very nice unit and close to everything. Would use again”

“Great place to stay. Right in Depot Town. Steps from dinning and shopping.Loved the place.”

“Excellent location - it's the best of both worlds as the street is very quiet and relaxing and yet you are also steps away from all the fun of Depot Town. We walked to several restaurants, coffee shops and the Ypsilanti Food Coop, which is such a sweet, independently run grocery store with a delicous bakery and home cooked meals and soups on offer every day.The apartment itself was compact, very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay for one or two people. The rooftop porch……

“Things broke and banged up….needs so work. Wouldn’t stay there or recommend.”
