“The house was cute and backyard was fully fenced and perfect for your furbabies. The kitchen had what ypu need, couch was a little stained (happens n vrbos all the time) but so super comfy!!! Great location, perfect for what we need. The stairs were a bit steep, and bedrooms upstairs, so if you have difficulty with stairs, be sure to have help.”

“Very clean! Each bed has 4 fluffy pillows, very comfortable beds. Each bedroom has a tv, very nice! Nice game room. We really enjoyed our stay and will return when we are in Rockford. Only negative for larger groups: This did not affect us, there were only 3 of us. However, there are only 3 bath towels and 1 beach towel. ”

“Positives: property manager was responsive to questions, the game room offered fun for our whole group (adults and teenagers), beds were comfortable, massage chairs as well as hit tub offered relaxation, living room had lots of seating and a huge TV.Downsides (none of these were deal breakers for our stay but these are the reasons I did not rate the house as 5/5 stars): the house itself clearly has some wear and tear - there are some gashes in the walls, marks on walls, some curtain rods coming……

“We had a very disappointing experience with this VRBO rental. Before our stay, we unfortunately had a death of a horse and needed to cancel. The host declined our request and only offered a 50% refund, which put us in a difficult position. Since we couldn’t recover most of our money, we decided to go ahead with the trip anyway. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the home was far below expectations. There were dishes in the drying rack on the counter. Newspapers all over the counter. Dirty sponge……

“Great stay! Devin was responsive and helpful prior to and during the stay. Really spacious! We had a large group and loved utilizing both living areas and dining area. It never felt crowded. Love the kids' nook. Very cozy for little ones! Great kitchen and equipment. Great game room downstairs.A couple things to note: The room with the bunk beds and room with 3 twins and 1 queen are adjoining. It wasn't a huge deal, but we had guys in one room and girls in another room, so it would have been……

“Wonderful home with a top notch team behind it! All the fun with plenty of space for our large family. The pool and game room are awesome but my favorite parts were the kitchen and the massage chairs! A high end stay with a high end team behind it! Worth every !!!”
