Airport shuttle was not helpful. Wouldn't help with my luggage. Did not ask what airline I needed to be dropped off at. Needed wheelchair assistance so had to be dropped off at a designated gate, but he refused. Had to struggle with 2 suitcases across the airport to United Airlines. Had severe back pains because of the excessive walking.

First night was great! Area was quiet and beds were so comfortable. Second night not so good. Could hear room next door who were loud and noisy at 1:00 a.m. At 3:00 a.m. someone down the hall was pounding on the door and no one would let them in. They came back a little later and pounded again. It wasn't a restful night. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very nice!

The Nobu is a great hotel. From the fresh hot towel and tea upon arrival to the courtesy Porsche rides within a 3 mile radius, it’s designed for guests satisfaction. It’s pricey but it’s a place I want to come back to. We had one little issue while staying there and the management went above and beyond to correct as well as compensate for the situation. This meant everything to me as most hotels won’t even have the decency to acknowledge when something is wrong or one of their team members is being unprofessional etc. I definitely recommend them and would certainly stay there again.

pretty hotel. Had some odd lights under the bed I could not figure out but otherwise really great location!

This property is very old and has a lot of wear and tear. The location was good for us/ walking distance to Mercedes stadium however not in a great area. Lots of homeless around. The multi suite room was spacious with two rooms. Overall clean. Our toilet got clogged and difficult getting assistance.
