The property was WAY overpriced for the quality of the building/accommodations. $500 a night. It is obvious that hotel has been redone, trying to be more "upscale". Doors were lightweight and had a "cheap" feel to them. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Really need to invest in some better pillows--very small/lumpy. Breakfast was basic. Room temp. was comfortable.

Overall it was fine for what I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean but shower had a lot of mold. There was a nonslip mat on floor of tub that was completely covered in mold on the underside.

The light fixture in the bathroom didn’t even have a cover. The sprinkler for fires in the bathroom was just a sprinkler in a big hole in the ceiling. The breakfast was disgusting and I didn’t even finish it. For what I paid for that room I expected a lot more. I will not stay again.

Location is not enough, particularly good part of Athens, but not terrible. There were no rooms available in downtown Athens near the university of Georgia therefore, we picked this hotel. Staff were incredibly nice and location acceptable even if it was on the same block as fireworks store, gun store, liquor store, and what appeared to be some kind of marijuana related store. Unfortunately, the room was mostly clean but in poor overall condition and the grout in the bathtub was very moldy. Considering the quality of the property and the location, the room felt rather overpriced at $250

Passing through and only in room for few hours. Room was spacious and clean with basic amenities. Grabbed breakfast on way out and was delicious with good choices. Staff friendly, no problems with chech in or out.
