At first, the mattress was upside down, and I could feel the springs when sleeping. The room was not cleaned at all, and it felt like there were bugs everywhere. I asked the front desk to clean it twice. One time they said it was cleaned once a week, and another time they said it wasn't scheduled. ...

The hotel is wonderful. The only negative was the ease in cost of parking. Even the parking attendant was frustrated with the situation and very apologetic and patient with all the guests. I would stay there again just for the staff.

It was clean, beds were really comfortable, walking distance to the basketball arena, aquarium, Olympic park, Coca Cola museum. Parking was $7.95 a day, we didn’t have to fight for parking for the most part. Only small thing I hated that it didn’t have a broom or dust pan to sweep, Laundry was also ...
