We went in May for only one night, so Mont Tremblanc and the hotel was pretty empty, but we loved the peace and quiet. The views from the room are stunning, we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset over the lake. The fireplace was prepared for us, which made it very easy to light the fire and sit in the provided bathrobes. The bathtub was very nice too, though a bit complicated to figure out; the provided bath salts was a nice added touch. Great location to the Pedestrian Village - very close, but away from the hustle and bustle. The pool was closed for repairs when were there, but we received a courtesy phone call a week ahead of time letting us know, which was thoughtful. They have a hot tub, but it closed at 10pm (which we didn't know when we checked in) so we never got to use it. We didn't try the restaurant (opting instead to eat at Savoy in the Pedestrian Village) or their spa (opting to visit Scandinave Spa instead, which was AMAZING)
Valet was included and when we checked out, the driver even went as far as to throw out our trash and provide us with fresh water bottles for our return drive. It's the small things like that that really impress and stick with you!

Between the great location and the classic Westin experience this is just a perfect place to stay. I went in summer so no idea what it's like during the high season in winter but I found it to be very clean, well appointed, and with great customer service.

The hotel was very well located, both to the hill as well as the restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room comfort was lacking. It appeared a little run down, beat up, and the housekeeping wasn't the greatest. The beds were not comfortable for my taste( too soft). The room was not large and washroom was small. The pool is only open in the summer but the hot tubs were available.
They do have larger rooms which is what we would choose if we return. The mountain was terrific and the lift lines were non existent during our stay, at the end of March. We had stayed there 3 weeks earlier and the lift lines were horrendous with 1/2 hour plus waits. They need to add more lift capacity but of course they wont as it is not a destination resort and they have captive audience from Montreal and Ottawa.

Nice room, pleasant staff great location with underground parking. A little slow at check-in and room wasn't ready to well beyond the promised 4 o'clock availability. Staff did however find us a great spot in the hotel

On arrival we were informed by the front desk that the Blues Festival was being celebrated. We were asked if we would like a free upgrade from a Studio to an apartment. This room had a balcony and great location for music listening.
