"We’ve just had a lovely 2 weeks at this villa - we were a group of 7 and it felt spacious with room to spare. Communication with the owner prior to and during the stay was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. The information pack in the villa contained lots of helpful information and ideas for day trips etc. The villa was clean and well equipped - the pool table was a big hit!! "Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... Wir haben uns sehr gefreut"

"Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!"

"Beautiful Villa in a spectacular setting. Very well equipped and comfortable. The pool was enjoyed by all our group. The restaurant at the end of the road was good as was the small bar and shop in the village. Jesi, Singhallia and the local caves at Genga all worth a visit. Very pretty hillside towns within a short distance from the Villa. A perfect place for a relaxing, tranquil holiday."

"We (4 adults and 4 children) had a wonderful holiday in a fantastic property. The modern farmhouse is surrounded by cornfields and in around 15-20 minutes by car you are at the beach. The house has very good facilities. The kitchen has everything you need and the garden is just huge...same is the pool...just amazing! Outside there is enough seating available for dining as well as lounge chairs to relax by the pool area. The owner was extremely hospitable and helpful! We already had some drinks...

"if you want to de-stress, the villa in Monte Porzio is the place to be. A great view (certainly from the pool), no neighbors, but still not too far away from supermarkets and the seaside. The owner comes by every day to clean the pool. We could use the vegetables of the vegetable garden at the house and bought olive oil from the olive trees on the property. There is also a large table outside at the kitchen (not on the photographs) and the sleeping area is nicely air conditioned. So really nice...
