The restaurant is great. The waterpark is a bit small but enough for toddlers. Staff were very friendly

Don’t walk from this hotel…RUN! No phone in the room, no clock. Clock setting on the microwave would not work. Floor based heater, could not turn it off. We adjusted temperature with the window AC, that wasn’t sealed & let bugs in. Floor was dirty upon arrival, 7 days no one touched it. Brass shower knob fell off, almost on my foot. Automatic door lock malfunctioned 3 times. Once the ice cream portion closed, there is no one on site to help. 2 USB ports did not work. A 7 day stay, it was 3 days before anyone came to the room & that was because we complained about no towels, trash not emptied & the bed wasn’t touched. 7 days, no clean sheets. No coffee, no breakfast. Parking spaces extremely small, passenger had to get out before pulling in, not enough room to get out. Property in need of upkeep and repair. Room window glass broken, they used clear tape to hold it together. Bathroom door knob was falling off. No iron, no ironing board, no closet or a single drawer to put clothes. Room is SMALL, & the cost was WAY overpriced for the quality of service & the condition of the property. Plenty of nice places to stay in Watkins Glen, this is NOT even close.
