"Terrible! We specifically rented this place because it had two bathrooms and could sleep 6. When we arrived, we were directed to a different condo with 1 bathroom, small bedrooms, and not even close to what we rented initially. When I called they said there was a maintenance issue so they gave us a different place. We were never told this. I said if we were to stay, we would like some money refunded as this was not what we paid for. We were told they couldn’t do that. Ended up getting a refund...

"I have stayed at many short term rentals, absolutely horrible! The master bed was broken so my 82 year old dad slept on the floor. No place to sit. We placed all of our things on the other bed and was charged an extra person. The fees were added on later and there is a notice stating it’s illegal to stay in the building. I will be contacting VRBO to recover some fees!!"
