“Excellent as always. Pete is a great welcoming host, always on the end of the phone or on the premises ready to help. Cleaning staff asking if I needed anything (i stayed in a private double). "The room is quite clean (perhaps except the carpet, bring slippers). Right across the Piccadilly Garden and transportation. Excellent location and close to Piccadilly Station and the city centre. Overall very satisfactory. "

Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby Eccles Shopping Centre is being redeveloped, so it can get quiet at night. Large supermarket just opposite to the hotel. The Eccles town centre and train/tram station in around 5 minutes."
