“Our room air conditioning/heating unit was LOUD, with constant rattling sound, staff were unresponsive to complaints, room was dirty, floors looked like recently painted walls and dried paint splatters on floors never cleaned up. “Perfect overnight spot on our family road trip. Clean and well-priced for our short stay, with friendly staff. A couple notes on our bathroom: 1) hot and cold indicators on shower were reversed (no biggie once we figured it out); and 2) bathroom ceiling height went just above the doorframe (no issue for us shorties, but FYI if you’re really tall). That said, the cleanliness could definitely be improved, and the room wasn’t as presentable as expected.
