“Good communication, clean room, very helpful hosts”

“We arrived early to enjoy the amenities and were greeted with lays, tropical juice and escorted to reception with beautiful polynician musician. We so enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting and beautiful grounds. We did have lunch and our order was not placed so after an extensive wait they did rectify the mistake and we received our lunch. We reserved dinner three days prior to arrival for the Signature restaurant ! The service, food and atmosphere were a once in a lifetime experience! Arthur……

“非常棒的体验、中文管家服务无微不至，度假村环境很不错，活动也很多。亚洲餐厅口味很好，泄湖餐厅的法餐非常棒。我们的沙滩屋位置很好，有自己的私人沙滩，离开时候为了帮我们节省交通费用帮我们送到了波拉码头，之后打车去我们另外一家酒店。很贴心。只在度假村呆着哪里都不去也不会无聊。”

“Everything, from the welcome to daily life, was amazing. Breakfast was very generous and of great quality, and dinner (which was included in our deal) was also enjoyable every night! The hotel staff was nice with us from the first moment to the last, making sure to track our flight was on time. Special mention as well to the water activity company over the road - we had our first jet ski class and enjoyed daily kayak trips!”
