The property is nicely maintained, and the tent was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The GPS first sent us to the parking lot of the Seppelt Family Mausoleum, but we backtracked found the proper entrance to the proper parking lot. Since the property is managed remotely with no reception office on site, a sign in the parking lot with the contact phone could be useful,...

“We had a wonderful time in Chris and Tracy's beautiful little cabin. It has all the modcons and excellent views of their amazing property. The alpacas and sheep are incredible. The kitchen was incredible well stocked, loved the deep soaking tub and sauna, the location was in a perfectly serene area of Barossa surrounded by outstanding wineries and just minutes from the bike trail. “Host was very accommodating however the property description doesn't match reality. Cooking was via a shared barbecue, washing up needed to be done in the bathroom vanity and the restaurant was closed. Most meals required a 20 minute drive to Nairne...or slightly further to Mt Barker. It would be OK for an overnight stay or weekend if you wanted to travel around the Adelaide Hills. Longer stays are very difficult.”
