“Michel house is a very nice place to stay. Michel is very nice, he prepare lovely home-made breakfast to us everyday. Treat us with special Israel dish and pack us sandwiches to bring along. “酒店設施及環境皆好。早餐豐富，易泊車、有按摩池。 員工態度一般，Check in 時說找不到我訂第二日的預訂，要明天能跟進. 退房時，櫃檯職員不負責過數，要等另外負責人，等至近十分鐘才有一位女士來過數，沒道歉，態度冷漠，完全不像酒店員工應有的服務。”

“1.旅館離城際車站不遠，走路可達！ 2.旅館旁邊有本地車站，也很方便！ 3.離湖邊很近，附近很多餐飲選擇！ 4.旅館分山景和湖景，剛開始給山景， 溝通後換湖景，我們很喜歡！ 5.房間、廚房及餐廳都整理得很乾淨！ 6.夜間的值班人員比較不會英文溝通！”

“On arrival the staff was very kind and friendly, great parking just by the rooms, The cabin was specious had everything we needed even kitchen accessories such as cups silverware and plates, loved the coffee machine, bed was very comfortable! Well equipped cabin good WiFi, View was absolutely breathtaking. Great garden aria. ”

“The price is quite expensive, while the quality did worth it. I did not feel welcome from the hotel, and even cannot see smile from the staffs. There is a bath basin in the room, and the water get into floor quickly. Which made everything into worse condition. The light in toilet was not on. Wifi in 1st floor is no problem, but from 2nd floor cannot access. It is not worth the money.”
