Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making us feel both pampered and at home. Their genuine smiles and readiness to assist added a personal touch that we truly appreciated. We must particularly mention and sincerely thank the office manager Mr. Henry Minh Thien, who took care of us as if we were his long-awaited relatives: he had arranged a bus to Hanoi for us right from the resort, explaining many small details about the surroundings.
