“We loved the house and its location. We enjoyed afternoon cuppas on the deck overlooking the kids in the pool. ”

“Great house, perfectly located across from beach and surf club. Well equipped, generous bedrooms and living space, perfect for a family. We ate on the front balcony every night and enjoyed the ocean views and breeze. Will definitely come again.”

“It was very easy for us to settle in and relax. The house was spacious, well equipped and just a stroll down the adjacent path to the beach. The pool is small, as per the photos, however it was the perfect size for our toddlers to play safely and the adults to cool off. The outdoor shower was great for removing sand prior to pool or home entry. ”

There were a Few small maintenance issues that I believe have now been fixed ( reason for 4 rather 5 stars). We love Kingscliff, perfect family spot.”

There was lots of space to sleep the 7 of us adults, however the 7th bed was a trundle bed and no bedding was provided for it, including a towel.The check in process was difficult and communication awful, I spoke to 5 different just people trying to check in and get the access code (originally told to pick up a key?) I got emails with different check in times, my online check in wasn’t validated until I...

“Property was neat, tidy and perfectly positioned for our circumstances. I was staying with my 3 adult children and my dog and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. Little gift box, (chocolates, rice crackers, sparkling water etc). was a nice touch. Yard was perfect for a dog and the location to the town centre and beaches fantastic. We will definately be back.
