“A high quality hotel but unfortuantely when we requested for extra 2 pillows, we were given 2 pillows which has wrinkle pillow cases and smells awful. When we brought the pillows down to the receptionist, we were told to bring it back to our room and a dosmetic will bring us another pair of pillows. I think its unacceptable and felt that the receptionist should at least take the dirty pillows from me instead of asking me to bring the smelly pillows back to my room. Also not a word of apolgies...

“The hotel was beautiful and we loved the decking and the fish. Staff were very friendly and packed us a breakfast for our trip up to Cameron Highlands. The hotel only offers breakfast there is no food in the evening or a bar. The town is around the corner about a 5 min walk which had plenty to choose from so the location was perfect. ”

“Wonderful living experience ”

“Close to the train station, most of the visiting areas are walkable, and plenty of dining options. The only thing, that has nothing to do with the hotel is that there is a karaoke bar around the block that blasts its music late into the night. ”

“Tower and bed lining can be better. Pillow cases also may need to replace. Shower curtains also. Overall still good giving the price of the stay ”

“Good location for food ”

“Entrance to the accommodation was not easy to locate as I passed at least thrice before figuring out where it is. The front desk closes at 6pm and there isn’t a lift so beware not to carry too heavy. The stack where my room is not soundproof and was offered a family room upgrade on a different stack. Overall the stay was pleasant as it’s right in the middle of the new town and a tourist attraction with lots of local coffee shops. The room was rustic but clean with pleasantly strong air...

“Well-designed apartment with washing machine and self-contained kitchenette. Jacqueline who was contacting me was able to accommodate I don't possess a local account to facilitate a deposit, as specified. Her communication on e.g. retrieval of keys, check-out etc was clear and timely. ”

“Very comfortable, clean and the rate is reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location may be a little hidden and there's no signage showing to the hotel entrance.”

“The property has a very nice living area, and a very nice and helpful staff. Our individual bedroom as very nice and comfortable, just a little small, but it even had a sink which was supper convenient. Property is at a walkable distance from the city center and the tourist attractions, as well as a shopping mall.”
