"For the price, it was clean and simple. Nice firm mattress. Loved the private deck - it was larger than the room! Just wish they had given us more than two towels - but it’s a bit of a budget hotel so it’s kind of what you expect."

"The room was fantastic! It was clean and well-appointed. Appeared to be newly renovated. There was construction, so there were periods of noise but not at night. I felt safe here inside the room but the area outside was a little interesting. I would recommend to stay off Canal and walk a parallel street if walking. The staff was working under stressful conditions considering the construction but they were not very friendly and actually somewhat bordering rude. However, that could just be New York. The employee handling the luggage and parcels was polite and helpful and was a hard worker."

The room i had was small but it seems to be the norm for most New York places I’ve stayed at. I would definitely stay here again. I would definitely recommend to friends. It has everything you need, a bed, a shower, ac and a fridge."
