Wonderful

Huge property with awesome views. Place was fantastic, comfortable, great views from deck, just steps from beach and close to dining and shopping. This place is remodeled so pics are not updated. Will for sure be back!!! Paul was great in communication!

We had a great time...lovely pet friendly condo on the beach

Wow, what a great accommodation for our months stay in Myrtle Beach. We celebrated 2 milestone birthdays here. The seashell condo has everything you could possibly need and more. The ocean view is gorgeous. The staff at Regency Towers were always friendly and helpful. 2 thumbs up to the Massies. We loved our stay and hope to be back. Thank you The Crowders

AMAZING EVERYTHING

This is the one! From the beginning to the end everything about this experience was amazing. If you're looking for a condo that has more space than you'll need and more amenities than you could utilize in a week, this is the one! The condo and the property were very clean. The staff was friendly and the owner was absolutely amazing to work with. I can't say that I've worked with anyone better than Paul. With security on site around the clock it felt very safe, especially with the kids going to and from the pool and beach on a regular basis. Never a problem. The location is perfect for families, close enough to everything that you would want to do but far away enough from the nightlife that you don't have to hear it all night long. If you're looking for a condo that you'll return to for years to come, this is the one. Thanks again Paul, you are awesome!

Amazing water views, plenty of space, this place has it all! Directly on the beach!

Why pay the same amount to stay in a 300 sq ft hotel room sandwiched on top of one another? This place has the perfect view, a HUGE amount of space, all the amenities you thought you needed and then some. Just pack some beach attire & gear have a blast. Spectacular updates in all the right places. Gorgeous kitchen with EVERY gadget/appliance, clean, spacious rooms, Washer/Dryer (= less packing) a balcony to die for. A small convenient store across the street that literally has everything (Walmart 5 min away for anything forgotten more substantial). Excellent experience from beginning to end, even with it being chilly and rainy! The host Peter is awesome, reception/staff - friendly and inviting. Indoor (heated)/Outdoor pool, 2 Hot tubs, shops, restaurants, attractions nearby. Quiet at night for sleeping. Perfect for families (even large ones!) or several couples. Two bathrooms = life-savor & battle avoidance. I researched literally for hours and glad I made this perfect choice!

Great location great ocean view clean property

Great size place ,clean, right on the beach with a nice pool and hot tubs. Easy to get to any areas of Myrtle beach. Would suggest a smart tv Will definitely rent again when in Myrtle. Thank you for a great place

Beautiful views

My three adult kids and two year old grandson went on vacation and stayed in this condo. I chose this property because it had all of the amenities that I was looking for, the most important for me was being right on the beach. The oceanfront views were amazing. My family and I used the covered deck area a lot that faces the ocean and overlooks the outdoor pool. We had a great time and would definitely stay at this property again in the future. The owner Paul is great and very personable. He called me before my trip to introduce himself and also followed up with a call after to see how everything went. I would highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

The Property was Wonderfull! Had everything we needed to prepare meals for the week. Washer:Dryer was a plus, and to be close to shopping and Walmart , and things to do for kids Excellent! Will be back

It was a much needed vacation.

We could not have ask for a better week to be at the beach. The staff was friendly. The condo was very clean. I took my youngest daughter and her family. My grandson had a blast. I look forward to my next vacation.

Nice condo & great location

we were all pleased with the condo. It is very spacious & has the best view of the ocean! Kitchen was well equipped, beds & couches were comfy, deck was large & I loved that it was on the 2nd floor so we used the staircase just outside the front door of the condo. This condo was spacious, clean, & comfortable. We all loved it. Only negative but not for us but some people prefer updated units was that some updates would put this condo off the charts.

Family Trip

Condo was perfect for family of four and very spacious. Checkin and out were easy. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Owner was very flexible with checkin and out times. Great location and neighborhood. The balcony with ocean view was a great feature. Excellent and clean pool and hot tub areas. Fitness room was well equipped with a sauna. Easy beach access. The condo is dated so don’t expect modern clean appearance especially the kitchen. It was clean and functional but the age of the condo made it a bit dingy with a slight musty smell. We were disappointed that beach towels aren’t provided. While soap bars and dishwasher detergent were provide, paper towels/napkins, dish soap and laundry detergent weren’t provided so we bought some and left it for other renters. Overall we had a great time and recommend this condo.

In dire need of renovations

Let me start by saying that the condo is very spacious. There was plenty of room for a family of four. The view of the ocean is outstanding. The condo itself however needs some serious upgrades. The dishwasher is very old and full of rust. I was afraid to use it since I couldn't remember when I last got a tetanus shot. The recliner chair leans to the side and is propped up against the wall. My husband moved the chair so he could recline back. The chair reclined backwards quickly and dipped to the side. He almost rolled out of the chair. Both of the sofas smell dusty and need to cleaned. The carpet felt sticky on my feet so I wore house shoes while in the condo. There was a cold snap in Myrtle Beach during our stay. The heater went out on day 3 of our stay. Maintenance "fixed" it the following morning. However it went out again on day 5. We left the morning of day 6 so hopefully it will repaired before another family arrives. Myrtle beach offers a lot of attractions for a family. We plan to visit again but we will not be staying at this property.

Nice place

The place is great, we loved the experience. The only problems we had are easy fixes. The outlets need changing, the stove heats inconsistently and the cook ware needs updated. These are minor issues and would not alter a return visit. We loved the rooms and to layout and are thankful for the hospitality. God bless.

Perfect place to see Myrtle Beach fireworks!

Our family stayed over the long 4th of July weekend, and had a great time! The check-in was 24-hour with a front desk like a hotel, which worked out perfectly because it was midnight by the time we arrived! The rain this year dampened our plans a little, but we were able to see a lot of fireworks without even leaving the spacious condo. The location was great! Close to everything, with everything we needed in the kitchen for when we didn't want to venture out. Thanks for a great stay!
