ABSOLUTELY SUPERB! Lovely condo with fantastic ocean views and lots of natural light. Look no more!

This spacious 11th floor studio condo offers superb ocean views from all the windows.

Elegant kitchen with a large granite counter top, spacious living room and a nice balcony for you to relax. Have your tea or coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, while you take in the beautiful ocean view, as the dolphins and birds go by. This lovely condo is perfect for a very enjoyable vacation and a romantic getaway. This oceanfront building has many amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna and a gym. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building. Close to shopping, attractions, golf and restaurants. ( Easy 6 minute walk to Walmart for essentials)

A wonderful trip
We had never used VRBO before till now. Jeff made our first time a breeze! We could ask him and his family questions about anything. This really helped us. The room was as pictured! Love the amazing view! It was clean and we loved everything about it. I did a lot of cooking in the room. I found everything with ease. This room is made for 2 people and for a romantic getaway. Pool was great along with the hot tub. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for the memories!

Comfy little place with a BIG view
Check in is so much easier than dealing with a hotel reservation and communication from the owners/property manager was great! Unit is just right for 1-2 people. Full kitchen. The views/balcony are the big draw here. I sat on that balcony a lot. Amazing views!! The until is clean and everything works. Two pools (one is indoor/outdoor) and jacuzzis, also very clean. Very helpful/friendly staff in the building as well. Would definitely stay here again!!

This property was perfect for my spouse and I, everything you needed was close by, ability to walk almost anywhere you need to go. Condo was beautiful, and had everything you might need. Ocean view was top notch! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Place was very nice, except for odor on floor of condo and hallways. The condo itself, wasn’t as bad odor wise. Opened windows and door and aired out, then was better.

A Dirty Dump
Expected it to be clean. We could not take our socks off, threw them away every night. Had to lay our beach towels over the sofa to sit on it. Had to wash the dishes before using them (greasy). The ice maker worked well! And what is with that bed with three deep mattresses, not good for seniors! Pictures tell a thousand lies. Never again! We left early.

Great location and view from the balcony, the Palace Resort is right on the beach and close to the airport. The unit has everything you need (including parking) and is perfect for couples.

Beautiful location!!!! Property could be maintained better. It was not the cleanest, bathroom not cleaned well. Kitchen well stocked, nice appliances and stunning looks of ocean from balcony!!! We would stay here again.

Home away from home
We had a great time. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It looked just like the pictures. We loved the full kitchen seeing as how we like to cook. It was very homey feeling. It was nice to have the step stool beside the bed seeing as how ny fiancé has hip problems. The bed was very comfortable. The view was beautiful. We will definitely go back sometime soon.

Absolutely amazing view from the balcony seating for 2 with a small table for glasses of wine the bed was beyond comfortable the air conditioner worked perfectly the whole place was spotless it’s very roomy we made breakfast and late night snacks several times pans and utensils were in the cupboards we even used the blender everything we needed was there absolutely would book this same suit again the pools were clean the hot tubs were nice and I loved the sauna there was even beach toys in the closet

Very nervous about staying at new places I’m not used to so you can obviously see how I was feeling but once we got there the place was amazing the room was nice and clean and looked like the pictures. The booking process was easy, I had a few questions and they were quick to reply. They were VERY helpful in helping me arrange a birthday surprise for my husband- went way above and beyond for me! Condo is exactly like pictured, ocean view is great! The building itself could use some remodeling but the pool was nice and parking in the attached garage is free. We brought our ebikes and road them all around- it was perfect! I will absolutely recommend this condo to anyone headed to Myrtle Beach.

Lovely Room
My husband and I stayed for a week. This room is exactly like the pictures. Wonderful view, plenty of kitchen items and toiletries, absolutely charming. We had a small issue with the toilet upon arrival and the property management was very quick to respond and get it fixed. They also gave us a small history lesson about the surrounding areas (which we loved!).

Amazing Stay!
Our stay was amazing! No check in, no one bothered us and we had a great time. The place was clean and so cozy. I love the windows by the bed. I would definitely recommend!!! The only down fall is that room service did not clean the cshower head in the shower. I had to clean it. I am very particular when it comes to bathrooms and it’s cleanliness. But other than that, it was a great stay!

This Condo was super for 2 people. The unit was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. The view is amazing. The pools and outdoor areas of the property are also very well maintained. We asked for a new shower curtain and one was delivered the same day. Would definetly recommend this property.

PERFECT!
This condo is exactly as pictured and advertised. Very romantic! The balcony is perfect and wonderful for staring at the ocean. The whole condo is extremely comfortable, too. The couch surprisingly so. And I have to say that I do not understand other reviewer's complaints about the very comfy bed; I'm 5'9" and I didn't have to use the step to get into it, and my hubby is 6'2" and didn't have his feet hanging off the end. Also, the owner/property manager are so nice and helpful. Would LOVE TO book a stay here again!
