Our home is your home. Enjoy the incredible ocean views and listen to the waves crash upon the shore as you relax on the balcony with a morning cup of Joe or an evening glass of wine....or a glass of wine all day! Your kids will enjoy the 43" HDTV w/DVD Player to watch their favorite movies. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils for a home cooked meal or enjoy the Resort restaurant. The Murphy Bed in the living room with door creates a private space away from the main bedroom and will rapidly become your favorite spot to sleep listening to the sounds of the ocean.

Bike week

The owners were very helpful in making sure we were accomodated for bike week. We were able to have assigned motorcycle parking across the street. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient. The room was well taken care of. Great stay.

Great experience

The condo was great! It fit the needs of our family, and the location was wonderful. The pools were heating which was great for the kids. Our communication with Jay was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was nice and clean when we arrived.great view of the ocean except the deck just below the balcony blocked most of the beach overall we would defitnly stay there again

Just needed a getaway

Nice property for the price. Small beds but very comfortable. Resort had everything you could want for a vacation. Beach was very nice in this area. Kitchenette was well stocked to be compact.

Great place

Great place and location. 2 parking garages with easy access. Balcony was great with a wonderful view of the ocean, but not private with roof top terrance in front of it. We enjoyed our time of the condo.

We enjoyed the Blue Crab again this year. We loved the view, the convenient location (next to the elevator and trash), the comfy beds, the dining table big enough for all 6 of us, and the heated outdoor pool. So fun... the kids want to stay in the Blue Crab every year.

Beautiful get away!

Jay is awesome at staying in touch with a great personality. It was exactly what we were looking for.... sunrises through the front deck & glass entry, hearing the waves crashing on the beach. Pleasant workers thorough the building. Clean hot tubs & grounds. We had a wonderful time!

Great place to stay

The rental was great and we have no complaints. The veiw from the balcony was beautiful and were lucky enough to see dolphins swimming when we were sitting down to eat. Also, it was nice having the indoor pool just below us so my older kids could go swimming and I could check on them just by stepping out of the room and peeking through the windows. The host was quick to respond with questions.

Loved It!!!

My fiance and three children stayed. I was really worried it was going to be to small but it was perfect. Amazing views and spectacular fireworks if you stay on the 4th.

Great place

This property has everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The property owner was quick on responding and giving us information. Check in was super fast and easy! Our room overlooked the beach and could see everything. Was a short trip to anywhere we needed to go and of course… ice cream! When we were done on the beach, the kids got to enjoy the lazy River and indoor pools. The presence of security guards roaming around all the time made it feel safe. All other guests we ran into were also all very friendly! I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again without hesitation.

Shifting days

We asked if we could shift the days and was told we would be able to do so since there wasn’t anyone coming the day we were originally leaving. They decided to just extend it for more money; but we just needed to shift the days since we couldn’t arrive the original day. Then they sent another message saying they offered it to the next people after already telling us we could shift the days. Then told us we couldn’t be refunded for the first day. The place was okay. It was very loud with slamming doors and at all times.

Loved the blue crab

Our family of 5 (kids ranging from 9 months to 13 years old) had a great time spending a week in the condo. The view was stunning, and we were so close to the elevators, trash bins, ice, and vending... it was super convenient. The condo was clean and stocked. The only only thing we needed to buy that I hadn't thought about was dish washing scrubbers. The decor was simple yet pretty, and we got a kick out of the blue crab theme being carried through even to the dishes. Our favorite thing was the fish the bathroom! We loved that there was enough room for us to all sit around the dining table, in the living room, and when pulling the high chair out...we even all could sit on the balcony. It's really hard to find enough seating for us, so this was a big deal. We didn't experience any of the issues in the building (outside the condo) that others reported. Maybe because we were there in the off- season. We really enjoyed the heated outdoor pools and beach access. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and we'll be sure to check if it's open if we come back next year!

Not the best stay

Indoor pool was not available, big reason for picking this location. Kitchen was poorly stocked. Glass cook top was cracked and did not feel safe using. No baking sheets to use oven. Security guard said he was getting ready to tow car when we returned from taking luggage to room, following directions on welcome letter. Host responded in timely manner but took me calling out the safety for him to offer to reimburse me to buy a new toaster and griddle. Felt he should have had his property manager deliver the items. The items we bought, including 4 new pillows, I just took home with me. Spent a lot more money than I wanted to have to eat out and wasted groceries because I didnt realize the problems before shopping. The last night, Friday, lots of yelling and slamming doors that we were unable to sleep. Beds are right when you enter from outside.
