Welcome to Topsail Jewel! This brand new construction 5 Bedroom home is across the street from the ocean! Enjoy walking to the beach. Private 2 car garage & pet friendly. Sleeps 11 guests. Enjoy the Ping Pong table, multiple WFH desk areas, outdoor dining and seating and beach chairs, towels, wagon and toys. This is the perfect beach house getaway for a large family or group of friends. This home is professionally managed by Royall Stays.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in South Myrtle Beach, just one block from the beach. South Myrtle Beach offers a long stretch of sandy beach, perfect for lounging, swimming, and water sports. It has a variety of attractions that cater to families, such as miniature golf courses, arcades, and the popular Family Kingdom Amusement Park. The neighborhood has a relaxed dining scene with options along the beach and in nearby shopping plazas.

Other Things to Note:
The garage is 86 inches wide and can either fit up to two standard-sized cars with the ping-pong table folded or one standard-sized SUV. However, oversized SUVs will not fit. Any additional vehicles will have to Pay to park on the street. Bikers are welcome.

Just Perfect!

Property was very clean, modern and in a good location. I Will stay there again.It was perfect for My family of eight, ages ranging from 93 to 11 years old .The room down stars was just perfect for my 93 year old mother who is in a wheel chair.I recommend this property.
