“The staff was excellent VERY friendly and helpful…enjoyed the breakfast,( might want to add some more fruit to the menu) ….however the phone system to call down to the front desk was not working for 3 days. If you needed something you had to literally go down to the front desk. And the most disappointing thing was the pool and hot tube was not working. This is one of the main reasons that I booked this hotel. To use the pool and relax by the pool side.. No one was permit in the pool area.……

“I made an online reservation and their computer could see the reservation, but it was not in their system. We had to pay again for a room and i have not gotten a refund. The desk person reported it to you. Expedia I would like my money refunded please”

“There is black mold on the bathroom ceiling. I reserved a room that was supposed to have a KITCHENETTE, nope. A small refrigerator with rust on it and well used microwave. I was awaken by what i thought to be gum shots in the middle of th night.so i covered my children with my body trying to get them between the beds. But someone thought that it was ok to shoot off fireworks in the middle of the night in the parking lot. Several men came running out of their rooms in a defensive manner as……

“Very rundown and grimy. Dirty. Stains. Pieces of the floor are crumbling. The Pros: If you trip, you land directly on the beach! Loved walking right out to beach. ”
