“The property and room were excellent. Clean, well appointed. The issue with the property was the staff and amenities. Online indicated check in is at 3pm.We arrived slightly before that but noticed a sign in the lobby stated check in was at 4pm, not 3pm. I was still permitted to check in, however my room was not yet ready. I was told it would be placed first on the list of rooms to be cleaned next and to give them 30-40 minutes. I was asked for my phone number and assured I would be called when……

“The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom cabinets were apparently under construction, faucet was loose, appears to be undergoing renovation.”

“Stayed one night with my 3 kids it was clean the whole hallway smelled like weed which was disappointing considering I was staying there my 11 and 4 yr old. Other than that the room was clean just little cosmetic things like paint chipping and stuff like that.”

“Well managed resort. Suite was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of parking space. Staff are friendly and professional. Easy shuttle access to and from their private beach. Nice coffee shop/ bar. Their onsite restaurant is excellent! One suggestion: smart TVs in the room would be nice. We have been vacationing in Myrtle beach for 24 years and thus was by far our best experience. 👍👍”

“I’m not sure why this isn’t rated as a 5-star resort. We actually booked it the same night we checked out of another hotel that was dirty, outdated, and nothing like the photos (North Beach Resort…I’d recommend staying elsewhere). Thankfully, we found an incredible one-bedroom oceanfront suite here with a full kitchen, a pull-out couch, and a Murphy bed in the living area, giving the kids plenty of space while letting us enjoy our own room. “the Inn was very clean, and the staff was great, you have a view of the ocean and such on a balcony. Parking was easy to manage. I believe housekeeping is requested, but other than that great place to stay.”

“Breakfast was easy and good , room was cold and comfortable, great access to the beach. Quiet rooms and hallways. Only downside was housekeeping wasn’t consistent on cleaning the room without asking , but not a huge deal”
