The property is in good condition, just a little outdated in terms of decor. In fact for less than $90 on a Sunday night I thought it was very good price for clean accommodations with comfortable beds. All staff we encountered were very polite. We were there for a quick overnight to meet family in Groton then go to misquamicut beach in RI. Pool looked clean but we didn't get in. I would definitely stay here again for the same purposes.

All in all, this was a lovely, very clean hotel in a convenient location to all Mystic attractions. Our only complaint was the noise. Our room was right across from the elevator and a large lobby on the second floor that a bunch of kids decided was their playground. Lots of yelling and throwing things around, and more than a few times knocking on our door and running away. It got very annoying but we decided to just grin and bear it after having asked the kids to keep the noise down, to no avail.

I needed a place to stay during the Fourth of July weekend and the Quality Inn had a good price, availability, and a convenient location off the highway. This location had modern finishes in the rooms and the staff were friendly. Free coffee was available when needed and had a gym and swimming pool. One thing is that it is two floors at this location and if someone is staying on the second floor, one can hear the footsteps being on the first floor. Also, the TV guide for the remote was inaccurate with the channels listed.

I wish I could say something nice about this hotel. While we do like the staff who is friendly and helpful. Can’t really say much about the room that we stayed in. When we got to the room we were hit by the awful smells in the room. It smells like a dirty towels that had been left for years in a humid area. Since it was late we did not bother to tell the receptionist to change the room since we were so tired and we thought we would only stay for 1 night anyway. So, we opened the window to let the fresh air in for a bit. It helped a tiny bit. I wish the manager was more hands on and would be more careful about putting someone in the room where it is really stinky.
