“We ended up having to extend our stay due to illness and the staff (particularly the two ladies at the front desk) were super helpful and flexible. The food was very good, including room service which we used a lot as we recovered. The location is very nice as are the views. The staff were also great with housekeeping items such as tissues and water. Our only minor issue was with the state of the shower / tub as it is due for a refresh. But, overall, very minor. Highly recommend this hotel..”

“Fantastic views from room. Hotel located near trails and restaurants in the little town. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good! ”

I The facility was short staffed. Dishes was left on lawns and outdoor table. Left over food and dirty dishes were scattered on lawn and outdoor furniture. Breakfast was Indian style and horrible.”

“I booked my stay at serene resort online, approximately 4-5 days in advance, using an online travel company.
