Bienvenido a "Good Tidings" formalmente conocido como "AJ's Inn" en el VRBO con veintinueve reseñas de 5 estrellas (ver foto en fotos). Somos los nuevos propietarios para 2020 y nuestro objetivo es mantener todo exactamente igual.

*El hogar*
En el nivel principal, encontrará una cocina / comedor bien surtida con una cómoda sala de estar para relajarse después de divertirse bajo el sol. Este nivel también alberga el dormitorio principal (cama king) con su propia televisión, baño completo y vestidor. El baño principal tiene dos lavabos y una ducha con azulejos. También hay lavandería y medio baño ubicado más allá del área de la cocina.

El segundo nivel alberga 2 dormitorios adicionales conectados por un baño Jack & Jill. 1 dormitorio tiene TV, cama queen size y literas dobles. El otro dormitorio tiene una cama queen size.

Para su comodidad, hay otro medio baño ubicado al lado de la entrada seca (nivel del suelo de la casa). Súper práctico con niños!

Hay una bonita zona de cemento debajo de la casa para hacer barbacoas y descansar junto con una ducha exterior cerrada. Súper conveniente para enjuagarse después de esos viajes a la playa.

*La locación*
Ubicado en el Oceanside de la autopista cerca de Milepost 11. El acceso directo a la playa está justo bajando nuestra calle. Es un excelente vecindario para caminar / andar en bicicleta. Cuando pasas por la playa puedes caminar a algunos lugares geniales. Salta a The Spot, conocido por sus helados y tazones de acai. Un corto paseo a Dowdy Park = MEJOR JUEGO EN LOS BANCOS EXTERIORES. Incluye un anfiteatro, baños, pista de ejercicios, canchas de baloncesto / pickleball, área de bochas y un área de juegos para niños. En temporada, ofrece martes por la mañana de yoga gratis, miércoles por la mañana de Tai Chi gratis, conciertos gratuitos los miércoles por la noche y un mercado de agricultores el segundo y cuarto jueves del mes. The Morning View & Waveriders son excelentes lugares para tomar el café de la mañana. El Food Lion Grocery Store está a pocos pasos de la casa. También hay algunos restaurantes, tiendas y galerías de arte cerca. Buscando hacer un poco de pesca en el muelle? Tome el carril bici hacia el muelle de Nags Head para disfrutar de una excelente pesca o una comida con vista al océano.
A poca distancia en automóvil, encontrará el Monumento Nacional Wright Brothers, el Parque Estatal Jockey’s Ridge, el muelle de Jennette, tiendas, restaurantes y tiendas. El acuario de Carolina del Norte y los jardines isabelinos de Manteo también son excelentes atracciones que vale la pena mencionar.

Not all trips are created equally. This trip exceeded all of our expectations. Despite not great weather, the home, location and host made everything exceptional! If you are considering a trip to OBX, ensure “Good Tidings” is on your short list. In fact, pencil it in at the top of that list. We will surely be back!

This property was a perfect fit for our cousin trip to the Outer Banks for our first time! We were able to get into the house without any issue and once we entered everything was cleaned and organized for us to use. Communication with Ariana was extremely clear and timely, and she even provided us with a list full of places to checkout while visiting the Outer Banks (rainy day activities included)! This house was beautiful & super clean! It has plenty of space & is located on a quiet street very close to beach access. Short walk to many stores. Fun vacation here

Very nice property a short walk to the beach. The three year old had no problem with the walk both ways even after spending a couple hours at the beach. Beach is uncrowded and plenty of space for everyone. The place is very comfortable and clean and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

We loved our stay! The owner was very responsive with any questions leading up to our trip. Easy walk to beach and ice cream/coffee. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed our early walk to watch sunrise and got to see dolphins each morning. Our kids range from 12-17 and they all agreed that they would want to stay in this house again.

This was our first time visiting the Outer Banks and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The home was close to the beach (we walked there), restaurants, shopping and the grocery store. The home had a well-equipped kitchen and all things needed for a great beach day! The home was clean, nicely decorated and everyone had plenty of room. Ariana was easy to work with and incredibly responsive! We would stay here again!

Good Tidings is an A property!

First of all, this home is in a stellar location, walking distance to the beach, stores, ice cream, etc... This home was perfect for our family, very clean & spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and very family friendly! Communication with Arianna (owner) was outstanding and the house had everything we needed to get settled in (essentials), very lovely home! We will definitely come back next year!!! One note to add, the closest beach access (end of the street by Old Virginia Dare) has stairs, just something to keep in mind if you rent or bring a beach cart.

Truly a gem!

This house is so lovely. Access to the beach is very convenient. The owner clearly cares about your comfort as the furniture and beds are in great shape. Another thing that stands out is how clean this house is - it was probably the cleanest rental property I have stayed in. Highly recommend!
