With an area of 250 square meters, it includes 3 bedrooms with many, storage and can accommodate up to 6 people. You will love its location, close to all amenities. Looking forward to seeing you:) \## Logement Built 20 years ago by an architect and furnished with care, the house is fully equipped and laid out over 2 levels: On the first floor, you'll find: \- A fireplace and a vast living room opening onto a 20 m² patio surrounded by greenery, which doubles as a terrace offering a very pleasant setting for summer meals. \- 2 tables in a living area of over 101 m2, each able to seat 6 people \- A large, completely renovated kitchen. First floor: : \- A 40 m² master suite with bathroom and dressing room. \- Three further bedrooms with 3 double beds, two bathrooms and two toilets. You'll have all the equipment you need for an excellent stay, such as wifi, coffee machine (Nespresso), raclette machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, refrigerator, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided. One of the strong points of this house is its location: \- All shops, including the Talensac market, are within walking distance. \- Nearby is the Parc de Procé, ideal for walks. \- The city center can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes. For everyday shopping, there's a "Carrefour Express" supermarket just a 9-minute walk away. Our favorite restaurants include Tartines et Bouchons, Canopé, La Cigale and Roza, to name but a few. We look forward to welcoming you! :) \## Emplacement Nantes, in the Loire-Atlantique region of France, has been awarded the "Ville et Pays d'art et d'histoire" (City and Country of Art and History) label, and has everything to seduce you for a getaway, a weekend or a little more! Visiting Nantes means discovering its historic monuments, beautiful panoramas, numerous parks and the famous Machines de l'île. No time to get bored with all these places of interest! Another advantage of the city is that it's very easy to visit Nantes on foot, and that's very much appreciated. \## Transports From Nantes train station: 10 minutes by car.
