Property is in a state of disrepair and I’m pretty sure the pool made my niece and nephew sick. Asking for the towels and bed linens needed was like passing a bill through Congress. I wouldn’t aK for items if I wasn’t in need of the items. Paint your elevator, fix your wallpaper and for heaven’s sake take down the rusted down doors.

These ratings on Expedia are absolutely lies. The room stunk extremely bad to where it was giving us a headache, the people upstairs were super loud, the walls were super thin, the breakfast was disgusting, we didn’t feel safe in this area, there was a leak or something on a wall because it was turning brown. We booked this trip last minute for somewhere to stay since we were driving home from Florida. I highly suggest booking somewhere else unless you like dirty rooms and a smell that you can smell even once you’re home!

Front desk man was rude and not helpful when we alerted him to the iron ruining my shirt and asking for a different iron. Room was rough. Looked like blood on the drapes. Only positive thing…I didn’t see any roaches.

Ms. Peach was wonderful. If not for her being right on top of our request to have our broken shower fixed we would have left that same day. The property is older and things are worn in appearance.

Property was very dated but the problem was how dirty it was. As soon as you walked in it smelled terrible. Like dirty old wet rugs. The pool was very dirty and the areas to walk around were moldy and covered in dirt. The chairs were broken and full of accumulated dirt as well. The bathrooms in the rooms were so dirty the tub was even black with mold. Maybe I got a bad room but it was disgusting. We only ended up staying a couple hours

Hotel was dated. Needed maintenance in the rooms. Manager only concerned about money for early check in. I drove 12 hours and only asked if he could text me if something opened up. Wasn’t making a big deal but he just kept quoting money and fees.
